The OCIO (Office of the CIO) Strategic Initiatives Senior Director must be IT enterprise- and transformation-focused, able to effectively drive and deliver cross-functional initiatives and/or solutions to complex problems. To be successful, this leader will need to take initiative and plan, operate, and execute with big picture and long-term goals always in mind. They will seek and gain alignment across executive stakeholders, drive results and critical outcomes, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and direction from senior executive management. This role reports directly to the SVP Head of the OCIO, and acts as extension of the Head of the OCIO in areas of strategic planning, transformational initiatives, and operational capabilities (e.g. ITSM, EPMO, Quality Engineering, etc.). Impeccable communication and collaboration skills, broad understanding of technology solutions, a bias for action, and the ability to effectively lead through influence are essential. Base Salary Range $120,600.00 - $174,825.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
