The Director of IT Transformation role will be responsible for the oversight and execution of multiple large complex projects & programs. They will initiate, plan and drive initiatives from concept to actionable execution plans to achieve organizational goals. Responsible for overall outcome and success of business critical operational and transformation goals.

What you will do

  • Responsibility to drive & influence large complex programs consisting of interrelated projects & activities to execute & achieve company goals and strategic visions
  • Understands company vision & goals to ensure alignment between program/ project deliverables and strategy
  • Works directly with Executive Sponsors and Business Leads to define program scope, key performance indicators, timeline and budget
  • Leads large cross-functional teams to drive complex projects and programs focused on technology, product and strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Oversees and manages the program plan/schedule, integrated road map; including the sequencing or projects and inter-dependencies within the program
  • Negotiates and secures resources across all business & technology areas
  • Responsibility for accurate and timely reporting of road map, status and accomplishments
  • Appropriately manages the program issues/risks, clears roadblocks, first point of escalation for project managers
  • Accountable for ensuring all stakeholders, business leads, executive sponsors and governing bodies are informed. Escalates issues appropriately.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with Product, Technology, and other areas of our business as we evolve our capabilities and processes
  • May have responsibility for managing individual contributors
  • Provides day to day support to project managers (clarifies priorities, provides guidance on decisions, assists in securing resources if not available
  • Responsible for partnering with the business and change management leads to drive a strategy for change adoption

What you will bring

  • 10+ years' work experience in program & project management demonstrating a track record of excellent program management
  • Proven experience in change management and cross functional team leadership
  • Outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering reports/presentations to senior management outlining objectives, benefits, status, issues, decision and recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Resourceful and creative in approach to research and problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills required
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, MS Project (or similar project management software), and Visio
  • Bachelor's Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required
  • PMP Certification - PMI Institute required

What will set you apart

  • Proven ability to balance multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines with conflicting priorities
  • Six Sigma training/certification preferred
  • Change Management training / certification preferred
  • PgMP - Program Management training /certification a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and focus group facilitation skills a plus

Base Salary Range

$120,600.00 - $174,825.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
