  • Estimated annual base pay: $121,000- $151,000(midpoint) - $181,000

Are you ready to make your mark? If you are a Program Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)!

What is the EPMO? We are a team of professionals that works with executive leadership to execute strategic projects across the organization. In addition, we lead continuous improvement initiatives, change management activities, and governance of key project processes.

Within the EPMO, the Systems/Platform Program Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and executing strategic projects across multiple sites, functions and/or areas of the business for Woodward.

The incumbent is responsible for managing projects and project team activities and will utilize his or her full resources and effort to continuously monitor and improve strategic projects in terms of deliverables including contractual and business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and SQDRC.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive relevant status communications; monitor progress through management reviews and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.

  • Prioritize programs and resources, assess complexity against the workload and capability of the team members, recommend resource allocations and ensure other functions staff the teams accordingly.

  • Manage, monitor and control schedule, cost deliverables, risk management and scope to meet or exceed stakeholder and customer expectations.

  • Develops, maintains, and improves a highly effective and well skilled team to carry out actions to complete planned objectives.

  • Directly contribute to establishing short- and long-term strategies that achieve the long range plan of the business group.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor degree BA/BS (Program Management/Technical) required

  • Masters degree preferred

  • 5+ years Project management experience in a PLC (product life cycle) environment or closely related field

  • Previous management experience preferred

  • Greenbelt Certification within 1 year required

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or agreement to achieve required

  • PgMP (Program Management Professional) preferred
