UNM Medical Group, Inc. is hiring for a Manager Locum Tenens to join our Locum Tenens team. This opportunity is a full-time day shift opening located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Minimum $72,758 - Midpoint $92,747* *Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience. *Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Summary Participates in the development of and oversees programs, services, and initiatives designed to enhance program expansion and the recruitment and retention of participating providers and contracted sites. Participates in the development of and oversees the department budgets. Serves as a liaison and develops partnerships within agencies and communities; may work with the Medical Director to develop partnerships with the NM Legislature to promote the Locum Tenens and Specialty Extension programs. Participates in the development of and implements strategic plans and operating policies and procedures as a member of the leadership team. Engages in and is responsible for driving quality processes throughout the program. Minimum Job Requirements of a Manager Locum Tenens: High school diploma/GED at least 9 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
