The School of Public Health, Division of Epidemiology and Community Health is seeking applications for one 50% (.5 FTE) Research Professional 1 (8352P1) to support the Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities (ARIC) Study through December 31, 2024. ARIC is a multi-site study of individuals, now aged 80-100 years, who have been followed for over 35 years to better understand risk factors for cardiovascular disease, dementia, and other chronic conditions. Compensation:
35% Accompany Participants on Brain Imaging Visits
15% Administrative Support

Epidemiology and Community Health: The Division of Epidemiology & Community Health focuses on disease and health in various populations. Our faculty and students examine the distribution, cause and prevention of diseases, and how human behavior affects overall health.
