Your Contribution

  • Actively participates in project development from programming/conceptual design through construction administration
  • Prepares project construction documents
  • Communicates and coordinates with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members
  • Documents code review and compliance
  • Reviews shop drawings and project submittals for document compliance
  • Conducts site visits and assessments
  • Participates in meetings with clients to understand their project needs and preferences
  • Develops design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications
  • Presents designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval Explores new design concepts, incorporating emerging technologies

Your qualifications

  • Registered Architect in state of Texas or able to get through reciprocity
  • 5-10 years of experience of community-based design
  • High energy, confident, and goal oriented
  • A passion for creative design
  • Ability to collaborate closely with team members inside and outside the office
  • Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup
  • Desire to continue developing and grow career and firm
