Shuttlewagon, a Wabtec Company, is looking for its next Parts Research Analyst to administer Aftersales parts assistance and support to Shuttlewagon Dealers by providing accurate and timely customer service. This role works with highly capable and experienced team members across the organization. How will you make a difference? The Parts Research Analyst is responsible for creating an avenue for Shuttlewagon Dealers to accurately identify replacement parts and reduce downtime for Shuttlewagon customers. The Parts Research Analyst plays a significant role in the Aftersales department by responding to complex parts inquiries, ensuring order accuracy, and providing complete spare parts solutions. Working Conditions Work is primarily light duty and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. This position requires the ability to sit, stand and walk unassisted. Requires the use of hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to talk and hear.
