Job Description: Overview: * Set up automation tools and framework for Federal testing * Analyze and evaluate key test case for automation * Conduct meetings and work sessions with Dell Corp automation team to implement an end to end automation strategy * Communicates with leadership on status and strategy for Federal automation Responsibilities: * Drives all aspects of IT Project, Program and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments * Defines project value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for IT projects * Ensure program delivered with quality and meet implementation date & criteria * Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget * Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors * Responsible for the coordination of sprint delivery and production release with up to 10+ developers * Be extremely data driven and drive/track program execution and delivery excellence * Work with the engineering manager, product owners, architects, developers and SDETs to endure that the product is being delivered with quality on time and within budget * Work with internal IT teams to coordinate project interlocks and deployments * Responsible for multiple projects being implemented in parallel and sprint planning for these projects * Responsible for scrum and agile excellence Requirements: * US Citizen * 10 years of total software/IT engineering/code development experience. Out of this at least 8+ technical program management experience * Automation Skills (Java, Selenium, Python) * Must understand testing and be capable of automating test scripts * Experienced with TFS and test case documentation * Have depth and width of decision-making maturity. Be able to gain trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results * Ability to manage and influence team members without direct reporting authority * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; work with minimal supervision while delivering on action items in a timely fashion * Excellent verbal and written communication skills After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
