Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is a 420-bed teaching hospital, trauma center, neonatal intensive care unit, geriatrics center, and is home to theJohns Hopkins Burn Center, the only adult burn trauma in Maryland. Join our dynamic team in our Neuroscience Unit (NSU) with our highly specialized Neuro ICU Bridge Program. As a new graduate RN, you can start your training in our NSU unit with a pathway to get to the NCCU. As a RN you'll play a pivotal role in caring for adult patients in a state-of-the-art 17-bed inpatient facility. As a valued member of our team, you'll provide compassionate care to patients undergoing various neuro-medical and surgical procedures, including craniotomies, shunts, spinal fusions, and aneurysm clippings/coilings. In addition to procedural care, you'll have the opportunity to support individuals facing a spectrum of neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, Myasthenia Gravis, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillian Barre, ALS, cerebrovascular events, and seizures.

Who Should Apply:

• Associate degree in Nursing required
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• BLS CPR certification required
• No RN work experience required! Training will be provided

All New Grad RNs are automatically enrolled in our Nurse Residency Program ranked #3 in the nation!

Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire
