Day/Night Rotating Shifts Elevate your possibilities Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is a 420-bed teaching hospital, trauma center, neonatal intensive care unit, geriatrics center, and is home to theJohns Hopkins Burn Center, the only adult burn trauma in Maryland. Join our dynamic team in our Neuroscience Unit (NSU) with our highly specialized Neuro ICU Bridge Program. As a new graduate RN, you can start your training in our NSU unit with a pathway to get to the NCCU. As a RN you'll play a pivotal role in caring for adult patients in a state-of-the-art 17-bed inpatient facility. As a valued member of our team, you'll provide compassionate care to patients undergoing various neuro-medical and surgical procedures, including craniotomies, shunts, spinal fusions, and aneurysm clippings/coilings. In addition to procedural care, you'll have the opportunity to support individuals facing a spectrum of neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, Myasthenia Gravis, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillian Barre, ALS, cerebrovascular events, and seizures.
