About the Role This role is for a senior strategy lead with deep expertise in brand growth within the social space. You have diverse experience across multiple categories and growth stages, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced, and international environments. You excel at adapting to changing briefs and steering long-term strategies. You bridge traditional advertising with modern possibilities, pitching innovative ideas to global CMOs and leading junior talent. Constantly exploring new brand-building trends, you recognize top performers and emerging talents - from who's frequently referenced as best-in-class in the trades and who's up-and-coming in the feeds.
