ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Experiential Marketing



  • Coordinate logistics for events and other promotional activities, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
  • Assist with the planning of trade shows and corporate events, including coordination of related logistics and services.
  • Assist in the production of support materials for special events and promotions.
  • Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to identify goals, objectives and agenda for designated events. Manage demo and equipment inventories.
  • Evaluate/report the impact of the events using established performance indicators; identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as in-office backup to traveling colleagues for trade show and event marketing needs.
  • Able and willing to travel up to 10%


General Marketing



  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the department with general coordination activities, including invoice processing and budget reconciliation.
  • Assist with corporate communications and internal PR projects as needed.
  • Assist with fulfillment from sales tool and promotional item portal for sellers as needed.
  • Contribute as a general Marketing resource for projects and initiatives


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar Preferred

OR 1 year related experience and/or training

OR equivalent combination of education and experience

REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient in the following computer software programs:



  • Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
