You will help lead various initiatives and support the Palliative Medicine Program in the day-to-day operations, provide resources to staff, and help to provide patient/family education of palliative care services. This role is inclusive of inpatient and outpatient patient/family visits, attending unit-based interdisciplinary rounds, patient phone support, triage consultative services, interdisciplinary education/training, data collection, and quality improvement, and is vital in ensuring all aspects of the Palliative Medicine Program runs smoothly. Salary Range: Minimum 43.93 per hour - Maximum 68.09 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
