METI is currently seeking an experienced Management Analyst ll. This position will require a series of analytical, administrative, and management responsibilities and perform a variety of customer support and administrative-related tasks.

Duties:



  • Generate weekly briefs and reports to fulfill Program Manager contractual requirements.
  • Support and monitor the execution and progress of the Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M).
  • Assist in developing and tracking schedules, action items, briefing materials, and reports.
  • Prepare metrics and deliverables for identification, development, collection, and reporting.
  • Aid in the creation, review, and updating of technical documentation as necessary.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of strategic planning documentation and schedules.
  • Coordinate, track, and plan special projects or ad-hoc requirements.
  • Evaluate and monitor vendor performance and compliance.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and trends.
  • Maintain and generate procurement reports and dashboards.
  • Manage procurement activities, including obtaining approvals, handling vendor relations, processing purchase orders, and tracking orders to completion.
  • Provide shipping and receiving support with various vendors and shipping agencies.
  • Assist contract staff with travel processes, including obtaining approvals, making arrangements, processing expenses, and providing reporting and analytics.
  • Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with strong attention to detail.


Requirements:



  • Must be a United States Citizenship.
  • Must have an Active DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 yrs of experience with procurement, government travel regulations, travel coordination, and government contract administrative procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, time-management, and effective communication abilities.
  • 3-5 years of technical experience in support of Department of Defense (DoD) efforts to include: Programmatic Support, Equipment Support, and System Support is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of project analyst or management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition and Procurement Planning, Budget Planning, and Government Travel Coordination and Regulations is preferred.
  • Project or Program Management Professional Certification or Certified DAWIA Level 2 or 3 in Program Management is preferred.
  • DoD security experience is preferred.
