Payroll Specialist Join AB Staffing Solutions, a respected local company with over 21 years of experience. We are in search of a dependable Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. Payroll Specialist Responsibilities: Responsible for processing and management of time capture and expenses with overall focus on data collection, data integrity and customer service. Process new hire entries and employee terminations. Process weekly payrolls for both W2 and 1099 contractors. Organize and complete agreements and purchase orders as it relates to processing contractor payroll and client invoicing. Confirm all compliance requirements are met to process payment. Audit activities and issue resolutions. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements: 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience. 2+ years in a customer service-related position. Intermediate to strong skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, including Excel and Outlook. Must be well organized, dependable and detail oriented. Demonstrates strong communications skills and work ethics. Some schedule flexibility is ideal during payroll processing days. Must be a self-started who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
