Furthermore, as a Division HR Manager, you are empowered to lead your function and address people strategies and needs for your division. This position reports to the Area HR Manager and is a member of the Composite Sealing Systems (CSS) division leadership team. Your most close working relations will be with the CSS General Manager, the divisional functional leaders and your HR team. The CSS division has four locations across North America with an international HR team. Responsibilities The major responsibilities for this role are (1) leading the Human Resources function for the division and (2) partnering with the CSS leadership team to deliver division results. The CSS division has sites in Mexico, Connecticut, and California. To be successful in this role, you will need to use a broad set of skills and capabilities, such as:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related field; an advanced degree or Human Resources certification preferred. Job requirements:
