Program Specialist, Obstetrics Job Locations

Overview The Program Specialist will support the Director of Obstetrics and the Manager, Work Groups, and their related documents, committees, and work groups in the Practice Activities Division. To provide secondary coverage for grants, task forces, work groups, and other special projects. Cover Letter Required Responsibilities Provide administrative support including but not limited to transcribing, proofreading, finalizing, and distributing correspondence and meeting minutes; maintaining files for multiple projects; maintaining a record of program budget expenditures and processing bills, invoices, and travel requests; copying correspondence and documents; coordinating mailings; process contract-related documents; ordering supplies. Qualifications * High School diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Compensation The base salary for this position is $52,000 - $62,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
