As a Manager of Operations Reporting, you'll:




  • Be responsible for defining, developing and preparing reports, dashboards and analysis to support and drive Operational decisions.
  • Be responsible for providing specialized analytics and data driven insights to assist in developing recommendations for process improvement, identifying trends and identifying root cause analysis.
  • Be responsible for collaborating with various areas to operationalize process improvements and mitigate/resolve negative trends in operational data.
  • Identify gaps in reporting as well as data integrity issues within the EDW. Liaison with IT to resolve data issues.
  • Work with management to appropriately define and track key performance indicators for all lines of business.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and claims analysis for operational business units.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and track impact of changes.
  • Coordinate the training and growth of new analysts and facilitate their growth within the company.
  • Perform regular ad-hoc provider and claim audits to ensure accurate configuration and setup.



What you'll bring:




  • 7+ years of experience with data analysis with at least 5 years in a healthcare services industry.


    • 2+ years of experience with building and leading an operations reporting team


  • Experience using analytic reporting tools like but not limited to PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Extensive database experience (SQL coding experience strongly preferred) with ability to access and manipulate significant amounts of complex data and produce meaningful and useful reports for senior management. Understand and be able to use relational and transactional DBs (databases).
  • Strong background and deep understanding of healthcare data, business concepts, and insurance required.

    • Specific experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial, and/or provider led value-based care programs preferred.


  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or similar degree. Master's degree or professional designation in a related field is strongly preferred. Equivalent work experience may be substituted as appropriate.
