What you will be doing

The Executive Assistant & Executive Talent Acquisition Enablement Coordinator is motivated, dynamic professional who interacts directly with clients and possesses a solid background in facilitating administrative tasks, project management, and ensuring exceptional stakeholder experiences. This position combines two responsibilities: supporting the SVP of Global Talent Acquisition and two VPs of Talent Acquisition, all while providing top-notch customer service to executive stakeholders and candidates. Based at our headquarters in Conshohocken, PA, this role involves managing interview coordination, scheduling for executive-level candidates, on-site facilitation, and overseeing other Talent Acquisition projects. The preferred candidate should demonstrate a strong drive for efficient execution without compromising quality, utilizing process enhancement techniques to enhance the effectiveness of Global Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive administrative book of business and all related activities
  • Support operating cadence, strategy, and high priority initiatives
  • Interface with Executives, Senior HR, and COE leaders
  • Be part of the Cencora Executive Administrative team, support enterprise initiatives
  • Contribute and manage projects, accelerating TA operating model
  • Support full-life cycle executive recruitment process steps and make enhancements
  • Partner with vendors and leverage TA tools to provide timely reporting and insights/market intelligence

Experience & Education:

  • 7+ years in HR/Executive Administrative Assistant roles in increasing responsibility
  • Must have previous management and executive stakeholder management experience
  • 4 year college degree and/or other related discipline or experience
  • Ability to drive best in-class experience
  • Involvement managing high level interactions senior level leaders and stakeholders
