Officer, Impact and Innovation, Data & Research Partnerships The Partnerships team works to scale Pew's impact in the world by building an engaged community of partners and mobilizing resources to advance our vital work. Position Overview The officer is a key member of the Partnerships' Impact and Innovation Unit, advancing philanthropic market assessments and exploration on new partnership models, coordinating knowledge sharing on trends in philanthropy, showcasing the impact of partnerships through data visualization and storytelling, and promoting best practices on data governance and data management. The officer will serve as a resource for colleagues scoping new work for Pew, equipping them with data-driven insights into the philanthropic landscape and in-depth discovery of philanthropic trends. This position will also work with the unit to foster a metrics- and intelligence-driven decision-making environment across the department, supporting a culture focused on measurable impact and working with colleagues to track, visualize, and emphasize Pew's outputs and outcomes. In addition to the specific requirements below, the candidate should lead with a growth mindset, possess a strong work ethic, and maintain the discretion to handle confidential information. Furthermore, the officer should have the ability to learn systems specific to Pew and Partnerships quickly and be adept at setting priorities and anticipating needs. The responsibilities will continue to develop in line with Partnerships' and the institution's growth and needs. Reporting to the manager, Impact and Innovation, the officer position is based in Washington, DC, will participate in Pew's core in-office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and will have flexibility to work from home the remainder of each week. Travel Occasional travel to meetings and conferences may be required. Salary Range $113,100 USD - $126,400 USDThe salary range represents a reasonable estimate of the annual salary based on Pew's commitment to provide equitable and market-competitive pay. The actual salary offered will take into consideration many factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills and experience, internal pay equity, and business need.
