Summary: The Manager - Nederland NGL Operations is responsible for the daily management and operations of the Nederland NGL systems including Mariner South, Butane Unit, Orbit Ethane, Natural Gasoline, Flexport, and future expansion projects. Responsibilities encompass safety, environmental stewardship, organizing, planning, and directing all aspects of daily NGL operations and maintenance. The Manager will ensure operational excellence, industry leading safety, environmental performance, and customer service. The position administers capital and expense budgets annually, is accountable for business results for Nederland NGL systems and is responsible for NGL related metrics and KPI's. This position currently assists in managing hourly employees (represented) and contractors. This role includes expense accountability and capital plan execution. During the NGL expansion of the Nederland Terminal over the next 2-3 years, this position will temporarily provide operational input and coordination to support the projects through design, construction, and commissioning. Once the NGL expansion projects are online, this position will transition into daily operations management as described above. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
