• Estimated annual base pay: $107,100.00(minimum) - $133,900.00(midpoint) - $160,700.00(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Materials Engineering Manager or looking to become one, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Someone coming into this role will manage the Materials Engineering team which supports new product development as well as production. This person will be responsible for leading the engineering team and laboratory that supports new technologies, new product material specifications, material validation testing, quality investigations, root cause analysis, and production quality conformance. This person will have the opportunity to work with various levels within the organization as well as key customers and suppliers. The Materials Engineering Manager will oversee a state-of-the-art materials laboratory and set the vision for the future of the laboratory.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategic planning for the laboratory and materials and processes supporting new product technologies.
• Management of materials engineering assignments and conduct management meetings.
• Ensuring proper training and adherence to both internal and industry standards, providing lab leadership in internal, customer and supplier audits.
• Leveraging technical product expertise and leadership skills to drive Root Cause Analysis activities and present progress to leadership and customers.

What We Are Looking For

• US - Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 5 Plus years of Engineering experience in Materials Engineering / Material Science or closely related field
• Materials Engineering and Laboratory Management experience preferred
