Best of all, our team members share in the success resulting from that growth. * We offer competitive vacation and 13 paid holidays The Supplier Development Manager manages the Work Transfer Process, resolving chronic shortages and using a variety of predictive analytic tools to identify and mitigate risk. This position will collaborate cross functionally with peers from other divisions and with group leadership. Responsible for embracing and driving lean enterprises systems throughout the procurement process. This position will directly report to the Division Supply Chain Manager. Will interact with all levels of Division management, including operational, engineering, quality control, marketing, lean, program management and finance. May supervise supplier development personal and outside contract services. Key supplier and key customer contact required.
