The Outsourced Advisory Solutions team is responsible for enabling and enhancing connectivity between PCS and Capital Group's expansive Advisor and Wealth Management networks, leveraging the unique capabilities, resources and expertise to the benefit of our partners and their Ultra High Net Worth (U/HNW) clients.

As a HNW Relationship Manager, you will lead strategic business support for the Outsourced Advisory Solution in coordination with the OAS Product Manager and Senior Business Leaders. You will anticipate, facilitate, and advance opportunities with Advisors, salesforce members in NACG and PWAs on the Outsourced Advisory Solutions (OAS) Platform. You will track opportunities, create, and deliver proposals, and work directly with Advisors and Capital Group salesforce members to ensure SLAs are met and Advisors experience exceptional service. You will be responsible for accurate and compliant oversight, handoff and tracking of Advisor, client and account activities.

  • You are collaborative, partnering seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • You are tech savvy, able to quickly develop expertise on TAMP technology including proposal generation, allocation decisions and account maintenance, and stay abreast of enhancements.


San Antonio Base Salary Range: $108,182-$173,091

New York Base Salary Range: $139,498-$223,197

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $115,232-$184,371

Chicago Base Salary Range: $122,629-$196,206

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
