Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Join Laboratory Services, they are dedicated to providing accurate diagnosis and treatment information to patients throughout our healthcare system.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:




  • Assist with schedules, meeting agendas and minutes, department processes, procedures and other function to support daily operations of the laboratory leadership team.
  • Support Laboratory leadership for event planning, coordination of duties, and necessary follow up with key resources outside of laboratory.
  • Answer incoming calls and welcome guests or visitors with high level of customer service and friendly approach.

Education:

Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - 1 year experience in an administrative support role

Preferred - 3 years experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting
