This team comprises the Manager, an additional Foreperson, and 19 talented tradespersons. It is responsible for 3 million square feet of office, classroom, technology, commercial kitchen, and other spaces to support the university's mission.This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. We offer four weeks of paid time off annually, eight holidays, and a five-day winter break. Under general supervision of the manager, assist in, and provide oversight of the work assigned to trade staff using corrective measures necessary to achieve and maintain satisfactory performance. This position is considered a subject matter expert in their trade(s) and is expected to lead and mentor other technicians. Job Description Essential Functions:
