100% FTE, day shift, Monday - Friday with hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm.No weekends, no holidays. This is a Hybrid position. We offer a competitive starting pay, relevant work experience will be considered. You will work at 1102 S. Park St. in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN):



  • Join our world-class team of providers who see patients for preventive health visits, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
  • Contribute to a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team while being paired with a provider, caring for patients ages 18 and up.
  • Perform phone triage, in-basket management, medication refills, and MyChart communication.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness and education and provide chronic condition management/education.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of school of nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 6 months of RN experience Required
  • Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:



  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact and CPR/BLS Certification Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
