POSITION SUMMARY: Processes financial transactions in an accurate manner while providing exceptional service to the Bank's customers. Proactively assists customers in strengthening their financial relationship with the Bank through product and service offerings. Maintains confidentiality of bank records and customer information. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Understanding of basic math and accounting functions. Sound computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial services industry related software. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Flexibility in hours and location worked. Regular, reliable attendance is critical. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Frequently required to stand long periods of time. Frequent use of office equipment requiring manual dexterity. Visually able to make a positive identification of an individual. MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school degree or GED. Associate's Degree preferred. MINIMUM PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 years cash handling and customer service experience. Webster Five is an equal opportunity employer.
