Overview
The Associate Director, Advanced Analytics and Data Strategy will be a key leader within the Commercial Analytics team, responsible for driving advanced analytics and insights generation for cross functional teams in Commercial with a focus for the strategic account management team. In addition, they will drive other analyses related to product launch, competitor insights, and LRP. The ideal candidate will foster synergy among all customer-facing teams, ensuring a unified and seamless customer journey. This role will interact regularly with internal stakeholders and external agencies and define and propose appropriate data and technology solutions for key business challenges, always with a focus on enhancing the customer journey and fostering a culture of innovation. Lead the development and execution of IDN-focused analytic strategies to enhance customer experience and drive innovation.
2. Drive data strategy and lead cross-functional collaboration to support customer-facing teams and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
3. Perform other commercial analytics to inform strategic planning, product launches, competitive positioning and market access
