Position Summary




  • This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating administrative and clinical activities within the Social Work Department alongside the Director and Manager.
  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision and consultation to behavioral health social work staff and peer recovery specialists.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across the medical center and with community partners.
  • May provide direct social work services to patients as necessary.
  • Knowledge of care transitions and direct experience in medical social work preferred.



Requirements:




  • Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Master's Degree in Social Work or closely related field and two to three years of previous experience.
  • LCSW licensure is required.
  • BSWE-Approved Clinical Supervisor preferred.
