Job Description:

We are looking for an Executive Officer III to join our intelligence program supporting a key government customer. This individual should have knowledge of how to research, write, and analyze using the client's proprietary targeting tools and database. An ideal candidate will have strong briefing and writing skills, and the ability to work well with a team or individually with minimal supervision.

The Executive Officer III shall possess the following capabilities:



  • Responsible for coordinating complex issues and actions across the customer organization and the broader Intelligence Community.
  • Review, prioritize, assign, and track taskings in response to internal and external information requests.
  • Prepare talking points, read-ahead books, and background papers in support of policy meetings and partner visits.
  • Support office leadership in developing policies, strategies, and plans to advance the Customer's mission.
  • Assist with congressional information requests, briefings, and budgetary issues.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant customer work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Direct work experience requisite with Labor Category Level (7-12 years for level 3).
  • Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings.
  • Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools.
  • Leverage tools, databases, and technology to support, sustain, and enable CAI operations and programs.
  • Understand sponsor tradecraft and implementation of secure operations.
  • Provide support to certain collection and operational activity for the sponsor.


Desired Qualifications:



  • Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations.
  • Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.


Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
