Overview: Intapp is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Project Manager to spearhead and manage key HR projects and initiatives, including New Hire Orientation and more. Collaborating closely with the People & Places executive leadership team, the HR Project Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR functions and ensuring project success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and Program Management: Oversee and manage People & Places activities, ensuring a standardized approach to project management (e.g., requirement gathering, resource assignment, dashboards). Facilitate communication and adoption of project management practices across teams.
  • Process Creation: Develop and implement processes and procedures that support efficient project management. Establish internal project management frameworks (e.g., "Project Manager in a Box").
  • Executive Communications: Prepare and deliver executive communications through various mediums, such as email and PowerPoint, tailored for internal and external stakeholders, including executive and board-level audiences.
  • Project Enhancement: Identify and lead projects aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the People & Places departments.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Establish and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Team Alignment: Drive alignment across various People & Places functions (e.g., HR, Talent Development, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Workplace Experience).
  • Operational Support: Assist the Head of People & Places with the day-to-day operations of the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Project Management, HR Generalist roles, or Program Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing multiple project schedules.
  • Functional experience in human resources.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on various projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience with task management tools such as Asana, including data visualization capabilities.
  • Experience with vendor management tools like Cobblestone.
  • Ability to design and implement surveys, polls, and quizzes using MS Forms.
  • Experience in a high-growth or start-up environment.
  • Formal project management training, ideally with Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
