Mentors managers, oversees and stewards projects to scheduled completion, reviews expenditures with managers and implements operational solutions to budgetary issues. Oversees departmental compliance with regulatory agency requirements. Manages capital equipment selection and purchasing, equipment and space. Represents the department on institutional committees. Education: Work requires a professional level of knowledge in finance, accounting, and business administration in order to effectively manage the administrative and clinical activities in the department, as acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in business, Health Science Administration or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years administrative/ supervisory experience in health care operations and finance, preferably in a hospital setting.
