Senior Operations Director Reston, VA and Washington, DC Hybrid MUST: Active TS/SCI clearance required Experienced Senior Operations Director 10+ years' experience in operations with at least 5 years in a senior role Experience delivering a full range of IT support services, on large scale programs ($50M+); experience with DOS, DHS, and/or the IC is a plus Expertise communicating with and presenting to high-level government stakeholders Demonstrated experience and understanding of business development, capture, and proposal development Demonstrated expertise in process methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required DUTIES: Leadership & Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the program teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Develop Team: Mentor and develop a high-performing team b promoting professional growth and curating a positive work environment Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned to company strategy map and BHAG Budget Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for programs across the portfolio Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leaders to support initiatives aligned to company's strategy map including support for organic and new business growth opportunities Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
