Cyber Support Business Analyst

Hybrid/Ft Belvoir, VA

MUST:

Secret required

Experienced Cyber Support Business Analyst

Relevant certification in information technology, information systems, business analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, etc.

8- 10 yrs overall applicable BA Analyst experience Three year + years in a Cyber environment BA analyst role

Three yrs min of experience consulting, advising, and working with federal government customers.

Previous experience in conducting/participating in Command Post Exercises (CPX) and Continuity of Operations (COOP) exercises. E.g. table tap exercises

Ability to work with a cross functional team to create effective and efficient processes to conduct exercise

Cyber SWAT to ServiceNow preferred

Ability to capture end user business requirements

Ability to conduct an analysis between CyberSWAT/Current System and ServiceNow modules to determine if ServiceNow can accommodate business requirement

Experience analyzing courses of actions or conducting an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA)

Experience with Snow

Experience developing and sustain cloud service provider agreements, including requirements for safeguarding the cloud environment, maintaining CSSP metrics, and developing cloud-related documentation and policies

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required

DUTIES:

Develop and implement relevant processes and technologies to optimize the organization's internal operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.

Implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.

Develop and present process improvement plans to senior management.

Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.

Analyze current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify areas for improvement.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices
