Quantico, VA (On-site) MUST Active Secret Clearance required Experienced Course Manager 3+ years related work experience Recent user level experience utilizing Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS) Graduate of the Curriculum Developer Course / Design Learning Experience Course (DLEX) Recent experience working within a Battalion or Regimental Operations Section is preferred Proficient in computer applications such as Windows and MS Office Excellent Organizational, Planning, and Prioritization Skills in Support of Rapidly Changing Scheduling and Staffing High school diploma required DUTIES Execute all phases of the SAT-E process Input, Update, Maintain draft POI information on the C2TECOE SharePoint Site Input, Update, Maintain final POI information in MCTIMS Develop the Assigned POI(s) Maintain the Assigned POI(s) Design, Develop and Maintain Master Lesson Files for each POI Participate in Course Content Review Boards Attend weekly Curriculum Section Head Meetings Maintain Liaison with MISTC Academics Managers Maintain Liaison with MISTC Instructors Collect Data from MISTC Academic Managers such as IRFs, ERFs, AIRs, ECCs Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
