Registered Nurse Supervisor - Urgent Care Richmond VA MUST: Experienced Registered Nurse BLS High School Diploma required Supervisory experience One year of clinical experience with administration of medications Licensed to practice as a Nurse in the state of Virginia. DUTIES: Offering quality nursing care Providing nursing care in the ambulatory setting to individual patients and families Using sound judgment when administering medical care and screening patients; Administering medications and knowing correct dosage, actions, and side effects of each medication administered Assisting the physician in all emergency cases Scheduling Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants; Reviewing and supervising the inventory of medicines, prescriptions, and supplies; Functioning as an administrator and working as a Staff Nurse as needed; Reviewing all checklists of Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants; Preparing written and verbal evaluations for Staff Nurses and Medical Assistants at appropriate scheduled time, or when necessary *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
