Licensed Practical Nurse - Occupational Health Washington, DC MUST: Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in the District of Columbia Must have experience working in a doctor's office setting Must have strong clinical experience Ability to pick up new clinical skills easily Team player, compassionate, attention to detail DUTIES: Duties include but are not limited to the following: Preparing rooms and rooming patients Taking histories, obtaining vitals Giving injections, immunizations, infusions, allergy shots, etc. Phlebotomy Assisting doctors with procedures Patient Education Collect specimens and perform basic lab tests (ex: influenza, strep) Preform tests/procedures (spirometry, EKG, vision testing, etc.) Entering patient information electronically into EMR Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
