Technical Writer Waldorf, MD MUST: Must have active secret clearance Experienced Technical Writer 3+ years of writing experience Experience with editing Previous experience supporting Navy, Marine Corps, NAVAIR Experience using Arbortext XML Editor Knowledge of HTML Previous knowledge of PDF authoring programs such as Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Bachelors Degree DUTIES: Creates and updates NATOPS flight manuals and deliverables Incorporates data into XML format when received from subject matter experts/other sources Review format and layout of manuals to ensure the accuracy of draft and final products for varied government deliverables Evaluate NATOPS products for data integrity and other possible discrepancies Monitors progress of government deliverables using planning and tracking software Travels to support NATOPS conferences Participates in draft reviews or working group Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
