Looking for a dynamic, hands-on job? Become a Sanders with us and shape your future! What You'll Do: Sanding: Smooth and prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding metal parts. Inspection: Examine surfaces to ensure quality and consistency. Finishing Touches: Apply final touches to prepare products for the next stages of production. Maintenance: Maintain sanding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Safety: Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. What It Takes to Be Successful: Attendance: Work your scheduled shift. Be on time. Make coming to work a priority. Flexibility: Adapt to day-to-day activities and be willing to stay late on occasion to complete rush jobs. Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed. Communication: Able to communicate and work well with others. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to details is essential. Physical Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
