Job Description

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is recruiting a full-time cardiologist with expertise in advanced cardiac imaging to join our growing team.

The provider will join our cardiovascular medicine team at our main campus, University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. Our center serves as the only tertiary-care University center in mid-Missouri, with a large referral network that spans over 25 counties. University Hospital has 648-beds, with 82 adult ICU beds. University Hospital has state-of-the-art facilities for performing echocardiography, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and nuclear cardiac imaging. We have recently built a new Cardiac and Vascular Clinic, which co-locates cardiovascular medicine, cardiac surgery, and vascular surgery clinics. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic and collegial group of academic cardiovascular specialists who are part of a major academic health system.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

BC/BE Cardiologist

Preferred Qualifications:

Training and expertise in advanced imaging modalities (cardiac MRI, cardiac CT and structural/interventional echocardiography).
