Job Summary Monument Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to work as part of the Monument Health Heart and Vascular team. The Monument Health Heart and Vascular Institute is headquartered in Rapid City, SD and this role will be based in Chadron, NE - with potential to serve surrounding communities including Alliance, NE. The ideal candidate will have strong cardiology background and the capacity to function independently to serve patients in alignment with the Monument Health Heart and Vascular team. We are looking for someone motivated and driven, with outstanding patient care and communication skills. The selected candidate may participate in some Rapid City Hospital inpatient rotations to maintain acute care skills and promote group alignment. Job Description Additional Requirements Required: In South Dakota Certifications - Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) - South Dakota Board of Nursing orPhysician Assistant (PA) - South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners In Nebraska Certifications - Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) - Nebraska State Board of Nursing orPhysician Assistant (PA) -Nebraska Board of Medicine Preferred: Experience - 1+ years of Clinical Experience; 1+ years of Healthcare Experience Physical Requirements: Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
