Job Summary

The Manager of Provider and Clinical Outreach will manage efforts related to the centralization and standardization of provider and clinical outreach initiatives for Monument Health. Leads the alignment and achievement of goals by establishing and maintaining provider and outreach relationships; planning and coordinating strategic service line efforts; effectively leveraging appropriate data; and consistent communication of goals/outcomes.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • In coordination with Physician Services and Market/Hospital leadership, develops quarterly strategic targeting objectives in alignment with market strategies and initiatives.
  • Supports market/facility leadership in the strategic planning process to provide alignment insight, provider preferences, outreach preferences, and service line growth opportunities through available appropriate data sources.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with hospitals, providers and community leaders in the Monument Health service area. Serves as a primary point of contact for service recovery and improvement.
  • Develops and shares understanding of our current state of provider/clinical outreach engagements, utilization of facilities, and continued opportunities to enhance quality focus, improve access to delivery of care, and identify/eliminate obstacles of available services.
  • Collaborates with systems operations leadership to discuss trends, business growth opportunities, obstacles to service line retention, and results from quarterly outreach activities.
  • In alignment with Monument Health senior leadership, continuously review and modify growth and expansion strategies.
  • Obtains, analyzes, and utilizes data to drive informed decisions regarding implementation of new outreach services and maintaining existing outreach services.
  • Attends market and corporate operational meetings for enhanced alignment and development.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

Required:

Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Related field

Experience - 3+ years Healthcare experience

Preferred:

Education - Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
