Job Summary The Manager of Provider and Clinical Outreach will manage efforts related to the centralization and standardization of provider and clinical outreach initiatives for Monument Health. Leads the alignment and achievement of goals by establishing and maintaining provider and outreach relationships; planning and coordinating strategic service line efforts; effectively leveraging appropriate data; and consistent communication of goals/outcomes.Monument Health offers competitive wages and benefits on qualifying positions.
