The Division of Nephrology at New York University School of Medicine/NYU Langone Medical Center seeks a physician to join the faculty at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. We are seeking dynamic clinicians, particularly those with interest or expertise in critical care nephrology, and research physicians to participate in the growth of our clinical programs and to provide a rigorous scholarship in our translational or clinical research program. Dedicated research time may be available for the appropriate candidate. The Nephrology Division includes 25faculty and provides care atfour independent hospitals including NYU Langone Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital, the New York Harbor VA, and NYU Brooklyn Hospitals. There is a growing Kidney Transplant program with approximately 300 kidney transplants per year and access tofour dialysis units with a census of 550 ESRD patients. Salary Range: $200,000 -$242,000 The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors. Applicants must have an MD (or equivalent) degree and must be board certified/board eligible in Nephrology by the hire date.
