The Teams Privacy By Design team is at the forefront of cross-organizational initiatives for ensuring that Teams product is consistently compliant in the privacy commitments to our customers. Our team is committed to driving innovation tooling, implementing automation, andleveragingadvanced AI solutions to improve the privacy posture of Teams product. In this role,you'llhave the opportunity to dive deep into the services and client stack of Teams product to identify opportunities to close privacy gaps, work closely with other M365 products to build tools that help identify privacy leak patterns across different phases of software development and influence the Teams Engineering organization to develop a privacy mindset. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about solving complex privacy challenges and are able to collaborate across organizational boundaries. Your primaryobjectivewill be to mature ongoing Teams privacy programs, streamline privacy processes through automation and tooling, helping the product shift-left and close engineering gaps to protect our customers data. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Evaluate and integrate industry wide compliant caching solutions to Teams service and clients. Evaluate and integrate organization wide solutions to enhance privacy detection, response, and resolution strategies. Explore and apply progressive AI techniques to improve privacy evaluation processes. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of various capabilities with focus on quality,scaleand sustainable development practices. Remain current with emerging privacy and evangelize to Teams engineering org. Collaborate across stakeholdersprovidingleadership andmentoring Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyopportunities for process automation and optimization.
