As a member of JLL/T Solutions team, the Sr. Business Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional team members in the development and management of real estate and facility management solutions that we implement for key clients. Responsibilities include assisting with continuous improvement and enhancement efforts, operational support activities, troubleshooting, special projects, and ongoing business support. The successful candidate should have a strong foundational knowledge of real estate solutions and business processes, ERP financial systems and processes, have a willingness to learn, possess a drive to exceed expectations, and be a great verbal and written communicator. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for
Have deep knowledge of the IWMS product (TRIRIGA)

Partner with other BA, solution architect and technical lead as needed to translate business requirements into a functional design for use in functional testing and measuring successful delivery

Verify solution requirements by partnering with development and testing teams

Create and maintain key documentation for project deliverables like functional design

Working closely with JLL's software development teams to apply best practices and help create solutions that support the business

Responsible to develop and execute test cases or work with the QA team for the development & execution of test cases

Ensure consistency and integrity of best practices for documentation by partnering with colleagues

Ensure delivered solution meets the project business requirements

Great people skills, ability to work well and help galvanize the team towards collective objectives

Minimum 7 years' experience with business analysis or functional real estate knowledge in a professional services industry

Experience and understanding of multiple real estate business process areas (e.g., site acquisition/build out/refurbishments, lease administration, occupancy planning or maintenance management, etc.)

Experience gathering and documenting requirements through facilitating working sessions with subject matter experts

Experience during the implementation of an IWMS system and understanding of the deployment lifecycle.

Strong technical aptitude including experience with cloud-based services and products and fundamental data analysis skills

Experience leading large meetings with many senior stakeholders

Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior client leadership

Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement

High attention to detail and accuracy, and well organized

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the organization

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to course correct

Comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities, enjoys new challenges
