Regional Engineering Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for the operational management and effective daily leadership and administration of the Technical Services team with the objectives of safely, efficiently, and effectively operating machinery and systems in a cost-effective manner. The position must ensure the highest level of professionalism, while meeting the client's needs, and a commitment to achieving the goal of 100% uptime throughout the engineering team. Responsible for protecting and improving the value of the client's assets and ensuring that building engineering systems continue to perform their intended function. This person will oversee General Maintenance Technicians General Maintenance Painters, General Maintenance Door Mechanics, Operating Engineers, Operating Engineering Leads, Assistant Chief Engineers and Chief Engineers Job Requirements: Engineering Operations including; (Must Have) Maintenance management, Working knowledge of MEP systems such as Generators, UPS, PDU's, STS's and Chiller plants Provide leadership, direction and implement strategy for functional teams. Proactively identifying and addressing processes impacting engineering. Engineering compliance enforcement using playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOP). Provide oversight, direction and guidance for Engineering and Property Management initiatives. Responsible for global computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) initiatives including parts management, labor tracking, sustainment, asset tagging, and preventive maintenance. | |
