WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As the Senior General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations, financial reporting, and overall success of a newly developed Class A mixed use property in Nashville. You will serve as the main point of contact for our client and oversee the onboarding, development and training of the on-site staff

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Property Management Experience: The ideal candidate should have a strong background in property management, specifically with class A mixed-use assets. They should have extensive knowledge of managing both office and retail within the property.
Ground-Up Development Experience:Experience with ground-up development projects is a critical requirement. The candidate should be well-versed in all phases of development, from initial planning and design to construction and lease-up.
Strong Leadership and Management Skills: As a Senior General Manager, effective leadership and management skills are essential. The candidate should have experience leading a team and successfully managing a mixed-use property, including leasing, operations, tenant relations, and financial performance.
Financial Acumen: The ideal candidate must possess a strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. They should be able to analyze financial statements, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Tenant and Stakeholder Relations: The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of building and maintaining relationships with tenants, partners, and other stakeholders. They should be proactive in addressing tenant needs and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: A deep understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management is essential. The candidate should be well-versed in compliance requirements and able to ensure the property operates within all legal guidelines.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for this role, both written and verbal. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including tenants, owners, and internal teams.
Market Knowledge: The ideal candidate should haveor demonstrate the ability to gaina strong understanding of the Nashville real estate market, including trends, demographics, and competition. They should be able to utilize market knowledge to inform strategic decision-making.
