Answer inbound calls, emails and online requests from a variety of geographically dispersed facilities and provide exceptional customer service to the client.
Answer inbound calls, emails and online requests from a variety of geographically dispersed facilities and provide exceptional customer service to the client.

Research required information using available resources.
Complete data entry using multiple work request applications.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Adhere to business unit specified client driven standards.
Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
Maintain ownership of calls, including follow-ups with escalation team.
Adhere to telephony queue time data to maximize productivity.
Provide accurate, timely client work orders which result in highly satisfied customer.
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
