What this job involves:
As a Senior Transaction Analyst at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. What your day-to-day will look like:
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis of real estate transactions
* Develop and maintain complex financial models to support transaction decisions
* Collaborate with brokers, clients, and internal teams to gather and analyze market data
* Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and clients
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance transaction efficiency
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in real estate transactions

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions or financial analysis
* Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with real estate software platforms
* Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or MBA
* Professional certifications such as CFA, CCIM, or ARGUS certification
* Experience with international real estate markets
* Knowledge of sustainability and ESG principles in real estate
* Fluency in multiple languages
* Track record of implementing innovative solutions in previous roles
