Schedule: M - F; day shift Location: Raleigh, NC | Research Triangle Park As the Engineering Documents Coordinator & Trainer you will be responsible for tracking work packages for critical equipment maintenance, project construction, and training compliance for the region. Critical equipment includes Switchgear Distribution, Diesel Generators, Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) and Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) units, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) among other building equipment. What is your day to day? Review checklists for work packages that include:Change Request review and tracking Power Down requests with client oversight Assigning CWP numbers using existing convention Compliance to existing and new industry standards for safety Approval of necessary work permits Correct technical procedures using proper Method of Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures Perform on-site walk-through of work packages prior to performance Proper utilization of site safety documentation prior and post work effort Maintain industry best practices in compliance with JLL and client policy Create Change Requests and Incident Cases as needed to ensure compliance to policy Ensure Method of Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures for site equipment are maintained up-to-date Schedule, Coordinate, and Notify multiple clients and vendors of preventative and corrective work efforts Maintain a 90-day request for approval and notification of all future critical work efforts Maintain a 365-day outlook of all future critical work efforts Maintain a 5-year outlook of all major critical work efforts for planning and budgeting purposes Work with Project Managers, Field Office representatives, Chief Engineers, Facilities Management, and others as needed to ensure compliance to policy Perform monthly site safety training and ensure vendors maintain proper certification in compliance with program specificity. Train and assist engineering team locally supporting platform process expectations and maintain compliance of drills and tabletop exercises for region. Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry Strong attention to detail and experience creating critical documents such asMOPs Trade school education, union training, military service, or college is desirable Leadership and/or supervisory experience Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive Strong customer service and communication skills License/Certification/Registration Additional certification in one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions. |
